This Privacy Policy explains how Ball’N Puzzles, a CA limited liability company (“Ball’N,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application, website, and related online services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through:

  • The Ball’N mobile application;
  • Any Ball’N websites that link to this Privacy Policy; and
  • Any other online services that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from the Service. Those are governed by their own privacy policies.

We collect information in three main ways: (1) information you provide directly to us, (2) information collected automatically when you use the Service, and (3) information from third parties.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, such as:

  • Device and usage information
    • Device type, operating system, and version
    • Mobile device identifiers (such as device ID, advertising ID where applicable)
    • App version and settings
    • Log information such as pages or screens viewed, game sessions, time and date of use, completion time for puzzles, and other usage statistics
  • Approximate location information
    We may infer your approximate location (for example, city or region) from your IP address. We do not intend to collect your precise GPS location unless clearly stated and separately permitted.

    If you use our website, we may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. For example, we may collect information about how you interact with our website, what pages you visit, and the links you click.

2.3 Information We Receive from Third Parties

  • If and when we implement them, support marketing and advertising, including measuring the effectiveness of ads and understanding how users interact with them;

    We may share your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, with your consent.

6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Ad Choices

6.1 Cookies and Similar Technologies

On our website and, where applicable, in the app, we may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences and settings;
  • Help you stay logged in;
  • Understand how you use the Service; and
  • Customize and improve the Service.

You can usually configure your browser to reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

6.2 Mobile Device Identifiers

We may use mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID) to support analytics and, if we use advertising, to deliver and measure ads. You can typically reset or limit the use of these identifiers in your device settings.

6.3 Your Choices for Ads (If Applicable)

If the Service includes advertising that uses online behavioral or interest-based advertising, you may have options to limit such advertising:

  • Using your device’s privacy or advertising settings to limit ad tracking;
  • Using web-based opt-out tools (where available) provided by industry organizations; and/or
  • Adjusting in-app privacy or ad preferences, if we provide them.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 9, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as practicable.

If you are at least 9 but under 18, you should only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service;
  • Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
  • Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations;
  • Resolve disputes; and
  • Enforce our agreements.

We may retain certain information in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form that does not reasonably identify you, for purposes such as analytics and improving the Service.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

11.1 California Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under California law, including the right to:

  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
  • Request information about how we “share” or “sell” personal information, if applicable; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise these rights, please contact us as described in Section 13 and indicate that you are making a “California privacy request.” We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as posting a notice within the Service or sending you an email, where appropriate).

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Privacy Policy means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
